"Felt a bit overpriced for what it is"
I was hoping this would feel more worth the price, but it just didn’t for me. Maybe I’m missing something, but I kept wondering if I paid too much for what I got. I’d feel better about it if the quality or features matched the cost a little more

"Support took way too long"
I ran into an issue with my order and reached out to lufa.com support, but it took days before anyone got back to me. When they finally did, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote, because the reply didn’t fully match the problem I explained.
I had to follow up again just to get a basic answer, and even then the answers felt kind of inconsistent depending on who replied. It’s annoying when you’re dealing with food delivery and just need clear help without waiting forever

"Is it just me, or is everything always sold out?"
I’ve been disappointed with the selection on Lufa lately. Every time I check, so many of the things I actually want are either missing or already sold out. It feels like I’m just choosing from whatever’s left over. I used to check more often, but now I’m not sure it’s worth it. Has anyone else been running into the same issue?

I get that delays happen sometimes, but it’s been late pretty much every time for both delivery and pickup. At some point, you just expect the schedule to be realistic and for things to show up when they’re supposed to.

"Freshness was kinda hit or miss tbh"
Some of the veggies showed up a bit wilted, and the fruit tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Not everything was bad, but the freshness def wasn’t consistent
